Kaminari’s new Civic Hood

Kaminari has always made high quality products ever since I can remember. It seemed as though Kaminari disappeared the last few years, which I am sure has something to do with the abundance of new competition in the industry. 

A few months ago, I started to see more and more of Kaminari products, show attendance, and magazine coverage. It seems Kaminari is coming back strong... armed with an aggressive new product line. I was fortunate enough to get my hands on their new Honda Civic hood which incorporates a functional hood scoop. It is by far the sharpest looking hood I have ever seen! It can be ordered with or without the carbon fiber insert, and installation was a snap. All neccessary hardware was included, and it only took my buddy and I 15 minutes to install it. Fit was absolutely perfect, and I was unable to find and cosmetic imperfections. 

These hoods don’t come cheap with a price tag starting at $595 a pop, but they are definitely worth every penny. Hoods utilizing the same type styling for the Accord, Integra and Del Sol are also availableat around the same price. Kaminari products have never been the cheapest... but I don’t know if anyone can argue with me when I say they’ve got to be the best when it comes to quality and innovation.
