I feel
that the best Civic to modify would be the 88-91 crx.
They're light, handle amazing and I feel have more potential
then any other Honda. If your into drag racing swap in a
b18c add i/h/e and your running 13's. Plus I had one and
sadly it was totaled by a 70 year old lady. I miss my little
rex. Oh well.

I have
owned 9 Hondas!!! The 89,90 and91 were the easiest to
modify. Although my 95 & 98 looked better, the older
ones were a snap! I've just started on my 98 and with a
little help (Thanks to Vince) it's coming right along!!!

I think my
2000 SiR is a good choice, it as 165hp right off the
showroom, and is light and is easy to get to 200hp, it looks
great, but that's my opinion only, most people won't agree
but all Honda's are great whatever the year!

I must go
with the 92 - 95 Civic. There are so many mods available for
them! Plus, they strip down super light!

Hopefully, you now
realize that there is "technically" no best Civic to
modify. It all depends on the modifier.
