got a 95 Civic sedan and for a sedan, it has a lot of
potential. I recommend the 92-95 civic hatchback for racing
and the 96-00 civic hatch for show.

I
personally like the 92-95 civics. I think they have the
strongest aftermarket support right now. Add to that the
ease of going hybrid and the 5gens make an excellent base
for tuning!

hatchback. It is lighter than every other year after it.
Aftermarket support is strong. Accepts many of the most
popular engine swaps. You will need a custom engine mount
kit but they are found easily. And w/ the engine swap you
only have to get an engine that is newer than the car for it
to be legal. And this body style I think is the best.
