prefer the 88-91 model! Since, I've taken it to 13 seconds
in the 1/4... all motor... this is my choice!

have a 95 hatchback and I found it was the best to modify
because there is so much around for it. I used to have a 90
hatchback and it was harder to find parts.

To
me the best civic to modify at the lowest costs with awesome
performance would either be the 88-91 crx or the 92-95 Honda
civic cx hatchback. They are the lightest models for each
model and the b16-b18 swap can be done with only
modifications to the motor mounts.... you can set up both
cars for something like $2000.00-$4000.00. You'll even run
Integras for a few more bucks.
